Applicability of the of the clients terms and conditions is explicitly rejected.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: rgba(22, 22, 63, 0.9);\">Conditions DL Freight Management (Rotterdam) B.V., DL Freight Management (Amsterdam) B.V. and DL Warehousing B.V.:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Logistics Services Conditions (LSV 2014, translated as &#8216;LSC 2014&#8217;), as filed on April 2, 2014, apply to all activities of and legal relationships with DL Freight Management (Rotterdam) B.V., DL Freight Management (Amsterdam) B.V. and DL Warehousing B.V. (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us), with the exception mentioned below. In art.1 paragraph 11 LSV 2014 &#8220;the Client&#8221; is replaced by &#8220;the carrier&#8221; and the last sentence of Art. 6 paragraph 5 LSV 2014 is deleted.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to transport of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as freight forwarder only. (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us), with art. 3 deleted.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to transport of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as freight forwarder only. (including loading, stowage and unloading performed by us), with the exception mentioned below. The last sentence of Art. 6 paragraph 5 LSV 2014 is deleted.<\/p>\n<p>In case of road transport we contract as carrier, where in case of international road transport the LSV 2014 apply in addition to the CMR Convention. With regard to all other modes of transport we do not contract as carrier, but as freight forwarder only. In that case &#8220;the Client&#8221; in art.1 paragraph 11 LSV 2014 is replaced by &#8220;the carrier&#8221;.
